+ What colour do you use at Gilston Four?

We use Redken SEQ and Redken Colour Lacquers. We find them to replicate natural hair the best.

+ What are your prices?

Our haircuts vary from $100 to $150 depending of the stylist level. A regrowth colour application starts at $100 and ranges to $150, while highlights and balayage prices starts from $150 (1/4 head of highlights), plus toner and olaplex/boder prices. We recommend a consultation to define which services are best for you.

+ I am not sure of what I need done, how can I know?

We recommend to book in for a free 15 minute in salon consultation, so the stylist can meet you and understand what your hair needs.

+ I have used box die, can my hair go back to looking natural?

It is possible with a colour correction, but again we would recommend a consultation prior to your appointment in order for the stylist to understand what can and can't be done, what services will be necessary, the lenght of time appointment and an estimated cost.

+ Do you offer permanent straightening services?

+ Do you have a cancellation policy?3

Yes, we have 24 hour cancellation policy, if you fail to cancel your appointment before the last 24 hours previous to your appointment you will be charged 40% of the price of your overall visit to cover the cost of labour.

What are the levels of your stylists?

Our stylists range in 4 levels: Up and Coming, Senior, Master and Director

+ Do you offer extension services?

Not at this stage.

+ What product ranges do you stock?

We love R+Co for all of our styling and home care needs. We also stock some of our all time favourites from Oribe, KM, Olaplex and Fabulouso.

+ Do I need to confirm my booking?

Yes you do. We send a first confirmation 4 days prior to your appointment and a second confirmation on the day prior to your appointment.

+ Do you parking on the premises?

Yes, free street parking all day.
